2026 ITS Arizona Annual Conference

This year’s ITS Arizona Annual Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 7th and Thursday, October 8th, 2026, at the Mesa Convention Center, Building C, located at 263 N Center Street in Mesa, Arizona.  

The ITS Arizona Annual Conference is a premier event that brings together industry professionals, thought leaders, and innovators in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems. It serves as a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities to drive advancements in transportation technology. Attendees can expect engaging discussions, insightful presentations, and interactive sessions that will inspire and empower them to make a positive impact on the future of transportation. The 2026 conference theme is Empowering Innovation – Then and Now. Join us at this year’s conference to be part of the dynamic community shaping the future of ITS and advancing digital infrastructure across Arizona.

Day One will include lunch and a half-day technical workshop, followed by our Reception with entertainment, drinks, and appetizers.  On Day Two, technical sessions on the latest ITS planning, implementation and research efforts will be presented by public agency representatives, practitioners, planners, and researchers from Arizona and around the country.

October 7, 2026

  • 11:00am – Registration opens
  • 11:30-12:00pm – Lunch and Networking
  • 12:00-3:00pm – Day 1 Workshop
  • 3:00-6:00pm – Exhibitor Showcase and Reception

 

October 8, 2026

  • 7:30-8:30 – Breakfast and Exhibitor Showcase
  • 8:30-9:30 – Opening Remarks and Keynote Speaker
  • 9:30-10:00 – Break
  • 10:00-11:30 – Session 1
  • 11:30-1:00 – Lunch
  • 1:00-2:30 – Session 2
  • 2:30-3:30 – Break, Raffle Drawing in Exhibitor Hall, and Closing Remarks
  • 3:30-5:00 – Session 3

MINI-GOLF SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY!

We will be hosting our second annual mini golf tournament during the conference reception. The course will be set up in the exhibitor hall. As a part of the event we will be offering hole sponsorship opportunities.
