The Traffic Engineer II – Traffic Safety Analyst is based in the Office of Pedestrian Safety in the Traffic Services Division and it will assist the Traffic Engineer Supervisor and the Pedestrian Safety Coordinator in analyzing vehicular and pedestrian collision data and fatalities throughout the city to determine trends and causing factors of the collisions. The Traffic Safety Analyst position will apply professional traffic engineering knowledge and skills to improve the overall safety of the roadways for all users on the streets.
