The first ITS Arizona Technical Workshop of 2016 is scheduled for Thursday, May 12th, Noon -1pm, at the City of Mesa Transportation Training Room.
Lisa Parks, Marketing Manager for Grid Bike Share, will discuss the Grid Bike Share program, which is a great complement to light rail and is rapidly expanding throughout the valley. Grid Bikes were first introduced to Phoenix in the fall of 2014, recently expanded to Mesa this spring and will ride into Tempe in the fall. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about this system and check out the bikes, and the technology behind them, in person.
