ABOUT THIS POSITION The Street Transportation Department is hiring for Traffic Maintenance Worker positions with the Signing and Striping Section.  Responsibilities include installing and maintaining traffic signs, erecting meter posts; painting and maintaining crosswalks and other traffic control markings; and overseeing semiskilled workers. There are currently vacancies in the Street Transportation Department, Signing and Striping Section. ITS Arizona’s annual internship program provides on-the-job experience and mentoring for students aspiring to be a professional in the transportation and technology disciplines.
